These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website and services. By accessing or using the Zentara website (https://www.zentara.com.au), including features such as online booking, gift voucher purchase, and user accounts, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Zentara reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

General Terms

  • All prices are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
  • We strive to maintain accurate pricing, but prices may change at any time without notice.
  • If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock or other issues, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

  • Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
  • Must be used before the expiry date.
  • Voucher number must be provided at redemption.
  • Redeemable once only; not exchangeable for cash.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
  • Late arrival will reduce treatment time.
  • Booking is recommended to ensure availability.
  • Voucher cannot be split across multiple visits.
  • If the treatment exceeds voucher value, the difference must be paid.
  • Cannot be used with other promotions unless stated.
  • Voucher holders must comply with standard booking/service terms.

Booking Terms and Conditions

  • All booking details must be accurate.
  • Changes or cancellations require a minimum of 3 hours’ notice.
  • Late arrivals result in reduced treatment time, full fee still applies.
  • No refund for late arrivals, cancellations, or no-shows on prepaid bookings.
  • Rescheduling is allowed before the 3-hour window, but no refunds.
  • Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness) will be considered case-by-case.
  • Service may be refused for intoxication or inappropriate behavior.
  • Please advise any preferences or medical conditions when booking.
  • Service availability and prices may change without notice.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any required paperwork.
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Discounts/promos cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
  • By booking, you agree to these terms.

Stamp Card Terms and Conditions

  • Present the card during payment to receive stamps.
  • 1 stamp per session up to 1 hour; 2 stamps if over 1 hour.
  • Max 2 stamps per visit. No retroactive stamps.
  • Each person may have one stamp card only.
  • Discounts can only be used on the next visit, not the same day.
  • If presented after payment, discount is applied to next visit, but stamp is issued.

User Accounts and Login

If you create an account or use third-party login (such as Google), you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You consent to receive communications related to your bookings and account electronically.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zentara shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
