All prices are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We strive to maintain an up-to-date price list, accessible from our home page. Please note that we retain the right to modify our prices at any given time. In the event that you have submitted an order and we encounter insufficient stock to fulfill it, we reserve the right to cancel your order. This action may be necessary should there be changes in our prices. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such situations.

Gift voucher terms and conditions

  • Gift vouchers are valid for a period of three years from the date of purchase.
  • Gift vouchers must be utilized before their expiry date.
  • Please provide the voucher number or present the printed gift voucher when redeeming.
  • The gift voucher can be redeemed for a single use only.
  • The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
  • Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time.
  • Booking is recommended to ensure availability.
  • The gift voucher value cannot be split across multiple visits.
  • If the cost of the treatment exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the remaining amount must be paid by another accepted payment method.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
  • The voucher holder must comply with the establishment's standard terms and conditions for booking and service.

Booking terms and conditions

  • All details must be accurately entered to complete the online booking.
  • Changes to the booking time or cancellations require a minimum of 3 hours' notice before the scheduled booking time.
  • Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time. The full booking duration will still be charged.
  • For pre-paid bookings, cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Pre-paid booking cancellations made before 3 hours of the scheduled time can be rescheduled for another time but will not be refunded.
  • Any changes to the booking, including rescheduling, must be communicated at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as sudden illness or emergency, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss options for rescheduling or refund consideration.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse service to any client who arrives intoxicated or behaves inappropriately, without refund.
  • Any special requests or requirements, such as specific treatment preferences or medical conditions, should be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Prices and availability of services are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork and to ensure a timely start to your treatment.
  • Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Discounts or promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • The establishment is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.
  • By booking our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Stamp card terms and conditions

  • Kindly present your stamp card during payment to receive stamps.
  • Receive one stamp for every massage session lasting up to 1 hour.
  • Receive two stamps for each massage session exceeding 1 hour.
  • Maximum of 2 stamps per visit.
  • Stamps cannot be issued for past visits.
  • Discounts are applicable to only one person per stamp card.
  • Each person is entitled to one stamp card.
  • To redeem your discount, just present your stamp card during payment.
  • Discounts can be redeemed on your next visit only; they cannot be claimed on the same day the stamp is received.
  • If you present the discount card after payment, the discount will be skipped and applied to the next visit. However, you will still receive the stamp for that visit.
